I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful (they even gave me some tips for local restaurants!). The location was excellent, with the metro station conveniently close. My room was well-kept with good lighting and sufficient power outlets.

the location met my needs. it was close to many attractions.
The room felt small and cramped. i found the shower to be unusually tiny. The shower curtain stuck to me. the throw pillows seemed to have stains.

The location was fantastic. I could easily reach attractions and the metro. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast had a good variety of choices, i found it really convenient. the room had air conditioning, necessary.
the shower was really small, making it difficult to move around.
